In Episode 45, I talk to my former client Jean about her personal transformation which has taken place over the last 8 months which has resulted in a career change. Jean talks honestly about feeling lost and frustrated and also wanting to change career direction, but not knowing how to do it. She talks us through how life coaching has transformed her life, what she has practically done and how she has ultimately started on a new career path of training to be a Psychotherapist.
