Dominie has 20 years’ experience in the financial sector, having spent 16 years as a City head hunter. She set up The Return Hub in 2016 to fill a big gap in the executive search market. Since then, they’ve helped many women relaunch their careers and have also campaigned to promote the benefits to employers of hiring from this hidden talent pool of women returners via their #TimeToReturn campaign.
